Our journey began in 1985 when Takumi, a lover of authentic Japanese flavors, dreamed of serving the finest sushi and delicacies to food enthusiasts like him. It was then that he met Steve, a passionate chef with a deep respect for Japanese culinary traditions.
They started with a small, humble space, offering takeout only. As the love for their sushi grew, they expanded their team, bringing in talented chefs from across the globe to bring a wider range of dishes to the table.
